Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit paperwork for account-related transactions.
  • Execute client requests for money movement and account maintenance.
  • Submit checks and manage journals.

  • Manage and maintain client request cases.

The Relationship Management Lead at Great Waters Financial is responsible for leading and managing a
team of financial advisors to achieve client growth and retention. This role involves developing a KPI design
and implementation process, setting performance goals that drive profitable growth, and providing ongoing
training and support to the Advising team. The Relationship Management Lead will report directly to the
Director of Operations, and will require strong partnership with cross-functional teams across multiple
operational areas.

 

Responsibilities

  • Drive Client “WOW” (client experience in all facets of the relationships)
  • Work in partnership with the Director of Operations to translate strategy into actionable objectives for performance, growth, and Key Performance Indicators (design and create KPI strategy).
  • Coach team members and provide constructive feedback to ensure they achieve their KPI’s and meet quality standards for all interactions.
  • Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Develop members of the Relationship Management team by providing training, mentoring, performance management, and succession planning. This includes accountability for partnering with Human Resources on recruiting, hiring, orientation, and training.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of results-oriented, continuous process improvement which includes developing and achieving goals, challenging all processes, procedures and practices, and focusing on solutions.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, test new offerings, and improve the overall client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in management within the financial services industry
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry
  • Series 65 license required*
