Job Description
The Advisor at Great Waters Financial is responsible for maintaining client relationships, holistic plan completion, helping clients achieve goals, client lifestyle design and living greatly. This position serves in a team atmosphere to create a consistent client experience for all clients and team members.

• Life & Health Insurance Licenses

Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct client communication outside of meetings as well as strategy sessions
• Communicating execution of plan to all appropriate parties (i.e. WMT and client)
• Responsible for attending client events
• Maintain up-to-date education on execution of our plan
• Ensure completion of tasks and opportunities in accordance with provided timelines
• Maintain proper relationship with appropriate team members and leaders to ensure continuous execution of company direction and initiatives
• Ongoing updates with WMT Lead on project updates to keep consistency team-wide
• Work alongside other areas of Wealth Management to improve processes
• Assist in special projects to continuously enhance the client experience
• Ensure a healthy team environment for the success of the individual and all teammates
• This position is measured on a client satisfaction score on a annual basis, completion of the holistic plan and efficacy and accuracy of associated task. completion
