The Medicare Rep at Great Waters Financial serves as the primary point of contact for clients and prospective
clients with Medicare needs. This role is essential in effectively listening and understanding the needs of
the client and providing them with the solution that is best for them. The Medicare Rep leads the charge in
delivering an exceptional Client Experience by conducting meetings with clients and referrals, overseeing the
prospective client pipeline, and servicing Medicare clients throughout the year. Additionally, the Medicare
Rep presents and facilitates educational seminars, achieves target levels of conversion and close rates, and
actively contributes to expanding our reach within the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Master software systems such as Salesforce CRM, custodian and insurance company systems, and
    other software used internally.
  • Effectively communicate with clients regarding their policies
  • Prepare required paperwork and facilitate client account opening and the transfer of new assets.
  • Achieve target levels of conversion and close rates.
  • Build relationships and hold meetings with clients and prospective clients who are seeking Medicare.
  • Manage the entire client experience from sales, onboarding and servicing.
  • Manage the prospect pipeline, including follow-up emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain proper CRM management, distributing critical client/referral information accordingly.
  • Prospect future Great Waters clients by attending, facilitating, and presenting at educational workshops
    and marketing events.
  • Assist in facilitating training for other Team Members
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to further company initiatives
  • Complete yearly required licensing for Medicare sales.

The Client Experience Advisor at Great Waters Financial is responsible for advising
our clients through a focus on teamwork and detail orientation. This role serves as an
integral part of our team by being available to our Clients for financial planning needs
and questions via email or phone outside of Client meetings. As the champions of
service, the Client Experience Advisor is quickly accessible to Clients and is
responsible for advising and empowering them to navigate and problem-solve through
a variety of challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise Clients in regards to their plan outside of Client meetings with their Advisor
  • Manage multi-team collaboration regarding Clients’ planning needs
  • Facilitate all Client questions and communication outside of Client meetings
  • Establish timelines for corresponding action items pertaining to Client needs on
    service platforms (Salesforce, Orion, Moneyguide, Holistiplan)
  • Manage Client website support
  • Develop and preserve Client relationships by responding to all Client inquiries and
    anticipating Client needs
  • Provide financially relevant industry updates and company research

 

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Series 65 (or Series 7 and Series 66)
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to multitask effectively
