The Advisor at Great Waters Financial is responsible for maintaining client relationships, holistic plan completion, helping clients achieve goals, client lifestyle design and living greatly. This position serves in a team atmosphere to create a consistent client experience for all clients and team members.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct client communication outside of meetings as well as strategy sessions

• Communicating execution of plan to all appropriate parties (i.e. WMT and client)

• Responsible for attending client events

• Maintain up-to-date education on execution of our plan

• Ensure completion of tasks and opportunities in accordance with provided timelines

• Maintain proper relationship with appropriate team members and leaders to ensure continuous execution of company direction and initiatives

• Ongoing updates with WMT Lead on project updates to keep consistency team-wide

• Work alongside other areas of Wealth Management to improve processes

• Assist in special projects to continuously enhance the client experience

• Ensure a healthy team environment for the success of the individual and all teammates

• This position is measured on a client satisfaction score on a annual basis, completion of the holistic plan and efficacy and accuracy of associated task. completion

Working in a fast paced, young company, individuals must be willing to be well versed in many aspects of the business and show teachability and desire to learn new skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

An Account Administration Advisor owns account maintenance and changes for our clients. Anything related to enacting parts of a client’s financial plan is completed by the AAA alongside the Trading Associate.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wrap Strategy Sessions and assign tasks to appropriate parties to complete actionable items for the WMT

• Account Maintenance – address change, bene change, MoneyLinks, account retitling (e.g. converting a NQ to a trust account), death transfers (spousal rollovers), etc

• Plan Maintenance – Annuity Servicing, RMDs, Roth Conversions, Distributions/Contributions – one time/monthly

• Depositing checks – NQ, Roth contributions PA team isn’t tracking

• Communication with AWM – this can be for BD, billing

instructions/issues (which accounts are billable, not billable)

• Open new accounts for clients where we aren’t getting new money (e.g. opening a Roth IRA to do conversion/contribution for the first time. We have also been doing more NQ accounts to help out the PA team since they are only down to two people.

• Helping clients with document needs – tax documents, account statements for mortgage companies for home purchases

• Work alongside CEA to serve clients.

• Upkeep on Schwab alerts to ensure that we are tracking all necessary account changes Communicating with Schwab on outstanding requests, additional things they need from us to complete cases.

Job Description

A Client Experience Advisor has the privilege of conducting the majority of all client communication and is a client’s tactical advisor outside of scheduled meetings. This role is critical as it drives completion of tasks and timelines amongst the Wealth Management Team and ensures completion of client needs within appropriate timeframes. This role is all about caring for our clients by making sure we see their needs met.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct client communication outside of meetings
  • Set timelines and due dates for actionable items for clients
  • Create cases for client tasks
  • Follow up with the wealth management team on cases and tasks for client to ensure completion and attention to due dates
  • Manage client website support
  • Advise clients in regards to their plan outside of meeting with their advisor
  • Maintain up-to-date education on planning topics

  • Previous financial advising experience preferred

Great Waters Financial is seeking to hire a Portfolio Administrator who will serve as a go-between for the company and clients/customers as they become clients of Great Waters. The administrator ensures information from the organization reaches the client and vice versa. Responsibilities

  • Preparing accurate account opening paperwork for advisors
  • Maintaining consistent client contact while accounts are opened or transferred
  • Preparing standard client reports
  • Maintaining contact with clients to provide or obtain updated information
  • Responding to administrative client queries
  • Meetings with other team members to troubleshoot problems.
  • Create, develop, and maintain client files and ensure questions are routed to the appropriate team member.
  • Correspondence with contra firms to facilitate a smooth transition process
  • Work to maintain current processes and provide process improvement input
  • Commitment to confidentiality while working with sensitive data
  • Understand our policies and live our Core Values in order to make decisions where no policy exists
